We use the following contracting vehicles in support of the delivery of our solutions and services. These flexible contracting arrangements enable Elicitek to expedite delivery of IT services and systems to clients across the federal government and the Maryland State and local government.
Elicitek has the following contract vehicles available for our customer to use:

FAA eFAST BPA:
The FAA Accelerated and Simplified Task (eFAST) is a multi-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) issued under the eFAST Master Order Agreement (MOA) program offering a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the preferred acquistion vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business Goals. Elicitek's BPA award includes the functional areas for Air Transportation Support (ATS), Business Administration and Managment (BAM), Computer/Informaiton System Development (CSD), Computer System Support (CSS), and Document and Training (D&T).

Maryland CATS II:
The Maryland Consulting & Technical Services II (CATS II) is a five year contract vehicle awarded and administered by the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT) offering a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. Elicitek's contract includes the Functional Areas 1, 2, 5, 6, 10, 11 & 17.

SBA 8(a):
8(a)GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions. Elictek has received 8(a) status in 2003 that allows Elicitek to compete the federal contracts set aside exclusively for 8(a) companies. Elictek provides services under a large number of NAICS codes.

SBA HUBzone:
The HUBZone Empowerment Contracting program was enacted into law as part of the U.S. Small Business Reauthorization Act of 1997. Elicitek has obtained HUBzone status in 2007 that allows winning federal contracts set aside for HUBZone companies.

Navy Seaport-e:
Task orders issued under this contract by the Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps.

Army CR2:
Army C-E LCMC Rapid Response (CR2) Contract has a broad statement of work that can be used to purchase services such as research, development, upgrades, installation, fabrication, testing, operating, maintaining, and supporting any federal Government platform, system, subsystem, or item. The CR2 contract vehicles are services-oriented, and any requirement must have a service as its main purpose.
